Wood Samples
Satinwood, nadun, colon, and kumbuk are farmed in Sri Lanka by cottage industry growers. Acacia is harvested in the Philippines from fallen trees. Narra comes in a yellow or red hue. Mango trees, which are infertile upon maturity, are used for carved forms. Recycled mountain pine is available in a variety of odd lots.
